Still hibernating...compazine is keeping my stomach under control...no fevers or sickness...so last "bad" chemo should be a go for Tuesday. I've never been so excited, is that the word?, to be done with something as this. I think I'll be starting the next round around 3/12 and hopefully with this round my blood won't get so messed up and I'll be able to get out more. Really anxious to see the grandkids!
I can't believe I have any hair left, it falls out every time I touch it - in gobs! I wear a hat day and night so I don't touch it often and it keeps the loose hairs a little bit under control. Hopefully with the new chemo and the paxman hair cooling it will start to grow back or at least stop falling out!
Anyway all mostly good, I'll post again on Tuesday after chemo.
Wow! Do you have to do radiation next or no? You have done fantastic! Love how you are keeping us posted. 💖
ReplyDeleteNext is 3 months of weekly chemo (a different kind than this one) and then 6 weeks of daily radiation. I won't be done til sometime in July probably.
