My hair has started to hurt, which I've been told is what happens when it falls out. I haven't noticed it yet, but it does hurt but only in spots, not all over. So, I guess we'll see. Slept with a hat on last night so I wouldn't "disturb" it.
At the end of chemo they attach a neulasta patch to my arm. They turn it on, it beeps, then pokes a little needle in. I have to make sure the little green light keeps blinking. 27 hours later it starts beeping and I sit for an hour while it injects the medicine that encourages white blood cell production. That went fine yesterday. Hopefully it's more effective this time than last time.
Still no nausea, which is good but eating all these little meals 5 times a day! I'm going to gain a ton! Got to exercise. Good things: my knee no longer hurts at all and I can go up and down stairs like a normal person. My breast and underarm no longer hurts so I can sleep on my side and no arm pain. So no excuse NOT to exercise anymore.
You're doing great! Keep up the good attitude, it's everything ! Miss you, show. Soon!
